The Best in Everyone Awards is United Learning’s annual celebration of exceptional students and staff across its schools nationwide. Being recognised at this level is a significant achievement for our academy and a testament to the dedication of our staff.

Our Pastoral Team received the award for the pivotal role they play in creating a calm, purposeful and supportive learning environment at Nuneaton Academy. Their work includes regular wellbeing sessions, dedicated 1:1 pastoral support, and pastoral awards which celebrate positive behaviour, personal development and contributions to school life. New students also benefit from our buddy scheme, helping them settle quickly and confidently into school life.

This sustained focus on wellbeing and readiness to learn has contributed to measurable improvements across the academy, including a significant rise in GCSE outcomes between 2024 and 2025.

Our Pastoral Team said:
